What are the goals of the mentoring sessions?

The goals are set by the clients, Billy simply facilitates the journey. There is no destination that is “wrong” really. Billy can help with anything from navigating the arduous journey of the VA claims processing to handling family-specific veteran issues.

What experience does Billy have?

Billy served in the USAF from 2006-2013, deploying to Iraq twice. Serving as a Pavements and Construction Equipment Airman, Billy had the privilege to serve with all branches, and other nationalities as well - British, Italian, and German forces.

During his time post-military, Billy has dealt with both the mental repercussions and the physical repercussions of his deployments.

Billy ultimately took a personal walk of healing, feeling pretty isolated through that journey. He now hopes to help others not walk that journey alone.
